Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, with at least 4 hours' notice, at no charge. Message us on WhatsApp or call the salon and we'll move your slot.

Can I request a specific stylist?

Absolutely — mention your preference when booking and we'll do our best to match your schedule with theirs.

How long does a typical service take?

A haircut and style runs 45–60 minutes; colour services take 2–3 hours; facials are around 60 minutes. Exact timing is confirmed when you book.

What products do you use?

Only clinically-backed, dermatologist-trusted brands — the same lines we'd recommend for home care after your visit.

Do you offer consultations before a service?

Yes, every visit starts with a short consultation so we understand what you want before any work begins — no guesswork.

What are your hygiene practices?

Every tool is sanitised between clients, disposable kits are used where applicable, and stations are cleaned before each appointment.

How far in advance should I book my bridal package?

We recommend 2–3 months ahead, especially for wedding-season dates, so we can schedule your trial and lock in your team.

Is a trial session included?

Yes — every Bridal Special Package includes one trial session before the wedding day, so there are no surprises.

Do you travel for bridal bookings?

Yes, on-site touch-ups and full styling-team travel are available for bridal packages — ask about coverage when you book.

Is pricing transparent, with no hidden fees?

Yes — what you're quoted is what you pay. Package prices are listed on our Services page, and any add-ons are confirmed with you first.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and major cards are accepted in-salon. Bridal package deposits can be paid via bank transfer.

Is a deposit required for bridal bookings?

Yes, a deposit secures your wedding date and trial session; the remaining balance is due on the day.
